Q. Why choose North Devon Bouncy Castles?

A. We can provide a friendly, professional service, and as a family run business, we know from experience how important your special day or celebration is. We will make sure that we are with you when you are expecting us, and will bring your chosen inflatable cleaned and ready to go, with all equipment such as blowers, groundsheets, sandbags etc as required for your booking. We will set up the inflatable, and dismantle and remove all the equipment at the end of your hire period, leaving you free to relax and enjoy your day.

Q. How safe are your bouncy castles?

A. At North Devon Bouncy Castles all our inflatables are under three years old and manufactured in the UK to British Safety Standard BSEN14960-2014. Every inflatable has its own risk assessment and is regularly checked. A further risk assessment is carried out on every delivery and set up. In addition all electrical equipment is inspected..

Q. Do you have insurance?

A. Yes we have comprehensive Public Liability Insurance for £ 5,000,000. To see a copy of our insurance please ask.

Q. Can we cancel our booking at any time?

A. We understand that sometimes bookings may need to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, you can cancel your booking up to three hours before the start time of your hire without incurring any costs, but please give us as much notice as possible.

Q. Are the bouncy castles suitable for indoor and outdoor use?

A. Yes all our inflatables are manufactured for outdoor use as well as inside.

Q. What happens if it rains?

A. Some of our castles come with fitted raincovers, and with care can still be used in light rain. If it starts to rain more heavily then we ask if you to bring in the extension lead and blower as they are both electrical. It is not safe to use the castles in high winds or very heavy rain. If light rain is forecast for your event, you may wish to contact us to consider booking an alternative castle with a raincover.

Q. Can I book at short notice?

A. Absolutely, there is no problem contacting us at the last minute and we will be happy to oblige if we possibly can. Early booking is advisable if you have a favourite castle in mind.

Q. Do you charge for delivery?

A. Delivery within a five mile radius is free, a small charge will apply for bookings further afield.

Q. Can I book more than one castle?

A. Of course, and in addition we offer a massive 20% discount off your total order (for the same day).

Q. How do I pay for my castle?

A. We can accept cash on the day prior to setting up your inflatable, of if you prefer to pay in advance you can make a direct bank transfer. Should you choose to cancel after making a bank transfer, your payment will be refunded in full.
